Make a Difference this Holiday Season

Dear Friends of ElderPoint Services,

As the New Year quickly approaches, our team at ElderPoint would like to express our sincere GRATITUDE to our clients, partners, supporters and community for the continuous support throughout 2020. Because of your support, encouragement and partnerships we were able to meet the needs of our vulnerable older adult clients who depend on us for medical-related transportation and family caregivers who were looking for support. It was this support that SAVED our medical transportation program for older adults of Polk County from stopping services and LAUNCHED our Caregiver Resource Center for families who are in need of support and guidance through making important care decisions for their loved ones from as far away as NEW JERSEY!

Now more then ever, we rely on the generosity of advocates like you to continue to provide critical transportation for our seniors to access healthcare and provide education and guidance to families who want to make well informed decisions about the care for their loved ones in the greatest need. Please consider clicking below to make an end-of-the-year gift that will help us to continue to make a difference in the lives of many within our community next year.

Click here and TAKE ACTION - DONATE NOW

Each donation will be used to help us provide the older adults of Polk County access to critical healthcare services through our transportation service at no cost. It will also support our Caregiver Resource Center which offers support, education, guidance and referrals for families who want to make well-informed decisions for their senior and/or disabled loved ones. And remember, if you know of an adult over the age of 62 who is struggling to make their medical appointments due to reliable and consistent transportation, please encourage them to visit our website or call us at 863-682-7249 to establish with us for transportation service. If you or a friend is facing important care decisions regarding the care of a senior loved one, share our information with them so that we can assist them with making informed and educated decisions that benefits them all. We love what we do, but we REALLY love who we do it for.

From all of us at ElderPoint Services, we wish you and your family a joyous holiday season and a Happy New Year! We are HOPEFUL for a healthy and purposeful 2021 with YOU!
